13. DATA USAGE & SHARING
Mobile Opt-In Data Collection: When you or your customers provide a mobile number and opt in to receive text (SMS) communications from us (via Jam Ratings’s Services), we collect and store that
mobile opt-in data for the sole purpose of sending relevant messages (such as review requests, notifications, or reminders) on behalf of the Client. No Third-Party Sharing or Selling: We do not sell, rent, or
otherwise share any mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial use. The only time we may share mobile numbers or other personal information is with trusted sub-processors and
service providers (e.g., telecommunications carriers, SMS delivery platforms) under strict contractual obligations that protect and limit usage of that data. Limited Use: We process mobile opt-in data solely for the
purpose of providing and improving our Services to you, in compliance with applicable laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We will not disclose, distribute, or use mobile opt-in data for
any purpose other than those described in this Policy, unless required by law or with your explicit authorization. Opt-Out: End users can opt out of text messages at any time, and upon receiving an opt-out
request (e.g., replying “STOP”), we immediately suppress their number from further communication, except for any legally permitted confirmations or notices.
